The OXYMETAL EST site, located in Hauconcourt near Metz (57, Moselle), offers you the best in laser cutting solutions: CO², fibre, 2 heads and YAG for precision cutting in a great variety of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, silicon, ceramics) and finishing operations (bending, bevelling, welding and levelling).
In addition to electrical steel sheets for the energy sector, OXYMETAL EST can cut precious metals such as gold or silver with a precision of +/- 20µm using a YAG laser, therefore catering to the jewellery and luxury markets.
The precision of the YAG laser enables micro-cutting of parts ranging from 1mm² to 1,250mm x 2,500mm with tolerances down to +/- 20 microns.
NEW! In 2020, the OXYMETAL EST site "stacks" energy to provide you a complete service ready to wind! The site now offers laser welding in addition to precision cutting.
