MACHINING SPECIFICS
Flame cutting and machining of plates for: press toolmaking, mechanical toolmaking, general mechanics, building and civil works, special machines, agricultural machinery, metallic architecture
Pre-machined plates: rough or milled edges, rough or machined sides
Machining: drilling (dia. 6 to 50mm) – Tapping (M6 to M32) – Surfacing
Precision of surfacing: 0.1mm/m, Parallelism 0.15mm/m, Roughness Ra included between 1.6 and 3.2,
MACHINING APPLICATIONS
Types of materials: Common construction steels, anti-abrasion steels, HLE steel, etc.
Thickness: From 6 to 260mm
Levelling: 600 tonnes hydraulic press of +/-1.5mm per metre for thickness less than 100mm, +/-2mm per metre for thickness greater than 100mm
